Your Local Kitchen Remodeling Experts in Olinville
If you're in Olinville and need kitchen remodeling, Prime Restoration & Construction is your local expert. We've been serving Bronx County and the surrounding areas for over 25 years, and our crews know Olinville properties inside and out.
The Bronx's multi-family homes and apartment buildings often mean restoration work involves coordinating with landlords, property managers, and multiple tenants at once, not just a single homeowner. Fast response matters here — a water or fire event in a multi-unit building can displace several families if it isn't contained quickly. We bring the documentation and communication that landlords and property managers need for insurance claims, plus the licensed, code-compliant work that passes inspection in older Bronx buildings.
When you call Prime, you get a team that understands the specific challenges facing Olinville homeowners. We're licensed, insured, and available 24/7 for emergencies. Call us at 631-922-9900 or request a free quote online.

We start with an in-home consultation to understand your needs, style, and budget. Our designer creates 3D renderings and a detailed material plan, then we finalize selections and pull all necessary permits.
Construction & Build
Demolition, rough plumbing and electrical, drywall, flooring, cabinetry installation, countertop templation and install, and finish work — all managed by our construction team with clear daily communication.
Final Walk-Through
We do a comprehensive walk-through with you, address any punch-list items, and hand over a kitchen that's ready to cook in. All work is warrantied and we remain available for any follow-up needs.
FAQ
Kitchen Remodeling Questions in Olinville
Kitchen remodels on Long Island typically range from $25,000 for a basic refresh (new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures in the same layout) to $75,000+ for a full custom kitchen with layout changes, high-end appliances, and premium finishes. We provide a detailed, itemized quote after the design phase so you know exactly what you're paying for — no vague allowances or surprise upcharges.
A typical kitchen remodel takes 4-8 weeks from demolition to final walk-through, depending on scope. A cabinet-and-countertop refresh without layout changes can be done in 2-3 weeks. A full gut renovation with layout changes, new plumbing, and electrical runs takes 6-10 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before starting and update you daily.
If your remodel involves moving plumbing, electrical, or walls — yes, permits are required. Cosmetic updates (cabinet and countertop replacement in the same locations) may not need permits. We handle all permit applications and inspections as part of our service, and we know the specific requirements across Suffolk, Nassau, and NYC jurisdictions.
